- —Manufacture of punches, guides, bushings and other cylindrical tool elements
- —Fine turning combined with grinding to achieve tight tolerances

Dimensional and Quality Control

- —Geometry checks and matching of tool assemblies before delivery or installation at the customer's site
Auxiliary Operations and Rework
- —Preparation of parts for heat treatment in cooperation with partner laboratories
- —Minor welding and repair work on tools and supporting structures
- —Polishing of functional surfaces to customer requirements
